- •Bachelor or comparable qualification
- •Technical skills in chromatographic purification of proteins or microbial fermentation
- •Teamwork, responsibility, and quality awareness
- •Willingness to work in shifts primarily in a two-shift system
- •Good German and English skills
- •Valid residence and work permit
Education
Bachelor's degree
OR
Vocational certification
Tasks
- •Work in cleanrooms of classes C and B
- •Perform chromatographic purification of proteins and pDNA
- •Fill active ingredients into containers
- •Conduct aseptic work under laminar flow hoods
- •Execute in-process controls, including pH and conductivity measurements, absorption measurements, and endotoxin determination
- •Prepare for and follow up on production campaigns
- •Assist in the qualification and calibration of equipment
- •Create and document GMP-compliant records
