- Manage stakeholders and interdisciplinary teams
- Analyze previous tender outcomes and competitor behavior
- Ensure timely, compliant, and accurate submissions
- Maintain and expand knowledge management
- Lead post-award phase activities
- Optimize AI tools for proposal efficiency
