- Ability to build trusting relationships
- Interest and knowledge in mobility, micro mobility or e-bikes
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot quickly
- Resourcefulness in finding answers and asking for help
- Strong organisation skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Has fun and enjoys working in a collaborative environment
- Fluent communicator in English (B2 or higher)
- Fluency in another language e.g. Hindi/German (big plus)

Tasks
- Act as a brand ambassador for Zoomo
- Provide excellent customer service
- Inform customers about e-bike specifications
- Perform mechanic duties for electric bikes
- Ensure processes and procedures are followed
- Explain technical and financial aspects of bikes
- Perform basic bike repairs
- Work with the mechanic team on product quality
- Provide accurate product information to customers
- Answer customer questions about products/services
- Diagnose required bike services
- Troubleshoot and repair Zoomo e-bikes
- Support recovery of lost and stolen bikes
- Ensure a seamless in-person support experience
- Guide riders through the onboarding process
- Help riders troubleshoot issues
- Meet store sales targets
- Complete store administration
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain store health and safety compliance
- Maintain housekeeping standards
- Manage visual marketing and merchandising
- Improve brand awareness
- Support marketing activities
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Contribute to store profitability
