- Control retail key figures such as MS, IPT, AVB, CR, and number of services
- Conduct inventory on schedule
- Track sickness rates and employee turnover
- Provide short services across all departments
- Support beauty classes
- Ensure product presentation meets visual merchandising standards
- Maintain assortment and merchandise
- Keep the sales floor fully stocked and prepare products for sale
- Clean furniture and products on the sales floor
- Manage warehousing and stocking of goods
- Assist with merchandising updates and conversions
- Carry out inventories
- Operate the cash register
- Perform additional daily business tasks
