Tasks
- Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
- Monitor and enhance staff productivity and engagement
- Maintain stock availability and optimize replenishment efficiency
- Ensure compliance with operational routines
- Track and analyze turnover against targets
- Develop and expand the product category
- Control retail key figures (MS, IPT, AVB, CR, number of services)
- Conduct scheduled inventory checks
- Manage employee sickness rates and turnover
- Perform short services in all departments
- Support beauty classes and workshops
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising guidelines
- Maintain and update the store's assortment and merchandise
- Keep the sales floor fully stocked and prepare products for sale
- Clean and maintain sales floor furniture and products
- Manage warehousing and stocking of goods
- Assist with merchandising updates and store conversions
- Conduct regular inventories
- Operate the cash register
- Handle additional daily business tasks
- Monitor and improve conversion rate
- Increase items per basket
- Enhance average basket value
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction
- Track the number of services provided
