Description

In this role, you will focus on enhancing customer satisfaction while ensuring the store runs smoothly. Daily tasks include managing stock, supporting beauty classes, and maintaining visual merchandising standards, all while tracking key performance indicators.

• •First experience in retail and customer advising

Tasks

• •Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback
• •Enhance staff productivity and engagement
• •Maintain stock availability and replenishment efficiency
• •Comply with operational routines
• •Monitor turnover against targets
• •Develop the product category
• •Control retail key figures such as MS, IPT, AVB, CR, and number of services
• •Conduct inventory on schedule
• •Track sickness rates and employee turnover
• •Perform short services across all departments
• •Support beauty classes
• •Ensure product presentation meets visual merchandising standards
• •Maintain assortment and merchandise
• •Keep the sales floor fully stocked and prepare products for sale
• •Clean furniture and products on the sales floor
• •Manage warehousing and stocking of goods
• •Assist with merchandising updates and conversions
• •Carry out inventories
• •Operate the cash register
• •Complete additional daily business tasks
