Tasks

• •Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

• •Maintain stock availability and replenishment efficiency
• •Comply with all operational routines
• •Monitor turnover against set targets
• •Develop and grow specific product categories
• •Control retail KPIs including market share and conversion
• •Manage inventory schedules and stocktakes
• •Monitor sickness rates and employee turnover
• •Perform short beauty services across all departments
• •Support the execution of beauty classes
• •Present products according to visual merchandising specifications
• •Maintain the product assortment and merchandise
• •Stock the sales floor and prepare products for sale
• •Clean furniture and products on the sales floor
• •Manage warehousing and stock organization
• •Assist with merchandising updates and construction
• •Operate the cash register
• •Support various daily business operations
