Tasks
- Provide short services in all departments
- Support beauty classes
- Ensure product presentation according to visual merchandising
- Maintain assortment and merchandise
- Keep sales floor fully stocked
- Prepare products for sale
- Clean furniture and products on sales floor
- Stock goods in warehouse and on sales floor
- Support merchandising updates conversion/construction
- Conduct inventories
- Operate cash register
- Perform additional daily business tasks
- Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback
- Track staff productivity and engagement
- Ensure stock availability and replenishment efficiency
- Adhere to operational routines
- Manage turnover against targets
- Develop the category
- Control retail key figures (MS, IPT, AVB, CR, number of services)
- Perform inventory on schedule
- Monitor sickness quote and employee turnover
