Tasks
- Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback
- Boost staff productivity and engagement
- Maintain stock availability and efficient replenishment
- Adhere to operational routines and compliance
- Track turnover against targets
- Develop and enhance the category
- Monitor retail key figures (MS, IPT, AVB, CR, number of services)
- Conduct regular inventory checks
- Manage employee sickness and turnover rates
- Perform short services in all departments
- Support beauty classes
- Present products according to visual merchandising guidelines
- Maintain and update the assortment and merchandise
- Keep the sales floor fully stocked and prepare products for sale
- Clean furniture and products on the sales floor
- Stock goods in the warehouse and on the sales floor
- Assist with merchandising updates and conversions
- Conduct inventories
- Operate the cash register
- Handle additional daily business tasks
- Monitor conversion rate
- Track items per basket
- Analyze average basket value
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction
- Record the number of services provided
