Tasks

• •Act as a liaison between the Team Leader and team members.
• •Ensure team follows management instructions.
• •Assist the Team Leader in various tasks.
• •Plan activities and distribute workload effectively.
• •Enforce internal and customer procedures.
• •Complete KPIs and daily reports for supervisors.
• •Encourage daily SQCDP meetings and weekly team meetings.
• •Ensure compliance with FOD and security rules.
• •Suggest corrective actions as needed.
• •Monitor and control tools and materials.
• •Maintain discipline within the team.
• •Report deviations or concerns to the Team Leader.
• •Oversee proper handovers between teams.
• •Manage requests from team members.
• •Document work orders and maintain tool cleanliness.
