- Promote professionalism and hospitality
- Represent the LAP brand
- Ensure machine cleaning and maintenance
- Train baristas in troubleshooting
- Coordinate with Store and Area Managers
- Optimize service workflows
- Reduce customer waiting times
- Support new store launches
- Train new store teams
