Requirements
- •Degree in economics with a focus on taxes, training as a bank clerk, or comparable training
- •Experience in the back office of a bank and dealing with tax-related banking issues
- •Excellent communication and organizational skills
- •Analytical mindset and confident handling of MS Office
- •Resilience and ability to work under pressure
- •Ability to work independently in a demanding, fast-paced, and complex environment
- •Structured and careful way of working with a quick grasp of the situation
- •Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- •Experience in cross-operational processes, e.g., Income, Securities or Corporate Actions
- •Practical user knowledge of the Avaloq core banking system
- •Know-how about process optimization methods

Bachelor's degree

Vocational certification
Work Experience
approx. 1 - 4 years
Tasks
- •Monitor daily tax reporting activities
- •Plan and execute tax reportings per SLAs
- •Produce various German tax statements
- •Handle TaxBox and Church tax activities
- •Prepare regulatory reports for tax bodies
- •Support improvements to Avaloq’s banking platform
- •Collaborate on projects for legal compliance
- •Execute tests for regressions and extensions
- •Communicate effectively with customers and partners
