- Highly experienced in working with international and interdisciplinary teams
- Fluent in English

- Drive detailed design of backend systems
- Develop resilient and secure APIs
- Implement critical backend services
- Maintain core business logic
- Ensure strong data consistency and integrity
- Design and manage database schemas
- Deploy backend services on cloud infrastructure
- Apply best practices in observability and monitoring
- Ensure scalability and security of deployments
- Define backend engineering best practices
- Enforce automated testing
- Implement dependency injection patterns
- Conduct structured code reviews
- Ensure long-term system stability and quality
