Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with aircraft and/or system integration laboratories
  • 3+ years of experience with specifications, assembly drawings, and standard operating procedures
  • 3+ years of experience with components, aircraft computer systems, and wire installation
  • Existing rights to work in Germany
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to work variable shifts including weekends and overtime
  • Active GEHEIM (Secret) Increased level of protection security clearance
  • 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ideally hold a EASA/CAA B2 license or EASA/CAA B2L license or equivalent
  • Completion of degree or certification from a trade school
  • Experience with Boeing surveillance platforms
  • Experience working with COMSEC, Radar, or aircraft communications systems
  • Successful candidates must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
  • Not Applicable
  • Active security clearance required

Tasks

  • Identify work supporting advanced aircraft
  • Interpret intricate drawings for detailed work instructions
  • Ensure compliance with procedures and attention to detail
  • Select necessary hand tools, parts, and equipment
  • Apply technical knowledge to solve complex problems
  • Analyze circuits and calculate wave forms
  • Trace relationships in signal flow using test instruments
  • Perform operational testing and troubleshooting on aircraft
  • Conduct assembly and installation of wire bundles
  • Consult with management and peers for quality processes
  • Assist teams with complex aircraft tasks
  • Prioritize workload to maintain project schedules
  • Interpret work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams
  • Ensure equipment use complies with safety procedures
  • Diagnose and correct assembly process malfunctions
  • Use precision instruments to check dimensions and quality
  • Ascend and descend ladders and work in confined spaces
  • Lift loads of approximately 35 pounds
  • Apply Hazardous Energy and Lock Out/Tag systems
