Requirements

- Experience in industrial automation, robotics integration, or field service
- Fluency in English and German
- Strong mechanical foundation with programming experience
- Willingness to travel up to 15%
Tasks
- Design and deploy cutting-edge automation systems
- Lead planning, installation, and commissioning of turnkey systems
- Program and validate robotics and equipment
- Provide technical support for mechanical and software issues
- Deliver customer training and troubleshooting services
- Participate in a 24/7 support rotation starting in 2026
- Act as on-site technical lead for deployments
- Conduct Factory and Site Acceptance Tests
- Identify and implement process enhancements
- Contribute to internal SOPs and documentation
- Provide field insights to Product and Engineering teams
