Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience as a software engineer, automation engineer, or similar role
  • •Strong proficiency in at least one programming language, e.g., Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
  • •Experience working with APIs and building integrations
  • •Solid data handling skills using SQL
  • •Familiarity with low-code platforms
  • •Experience integrating AI technologies into business processes
  • •Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, particularly Github Actions
  • •Product mindset focusing on outcomes and user experience
  • •Experience with ETL tools and techniques for data integration and transformation
  • •Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus

Tasks

  • •Design and build internal products and workflows
  • •Create integrations that address business challenges
  • •Develop automations between SaaS tools using APIs and scripts
  • •Implement system designs in low-code platforms
  • •Write robust SQL queries and custom scripts
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders in People Operations and Talent Acquisition
  • •Define outcomes and deliver solutions based on stakeholder needs
  • •Integrate AI technologies into people team processes
  • •Create documentation for system usage
  • •Measure solution impact through clear metrics
  • •Iterate based on feedback and usage data
