Tasks
- Provide short beauty services across all departments
- Support the execution of beauty classes
- Maintain product presentation following visual merchandising guidelines
- Manage assortment and merchandise maintenance
- Stock the sales floor and prepare products for sale
- Clean furniture and products on the sales floor
- Handle warehousing and stocking in storage and sales areas
- Assist with merchandising updates and store conversions
- Perform regular inventory counts on schedule
- Operate the cash register
- Monitor retail KPIs including conversion rate and average basket
- Drive customer satisfaction and collect feedback
- Support daily business operations and team productivity
