- Experience in healthcare, multi-site services, or regulated industry
- Experience in private equity/venture-backed company
- Support for financing rounds, venture debt, lender reporting
- Strong mindset for IFRS notes drafting
- Strong mindset for Management Report drafting
- Exposure to M&A accounting (purchase price allocation, goodwill, business combinations)
- Project management experience leading finance transformation
- Project management experience leading IFRS first-time adoption
- Exposure to U.S. IPO readiness or pre-IPO reporting
Tasks
- Own group consolidation across all entities
- Lead IFRS conversion project
- Act as primary contact for Big 4 audit
- Author technical accounting memos
- Build and maintain group accounting policies
- Lead and develop international Group Accounting team
- Define and implement target operating model
- Partner with local finance leads
- Implement group-wide internal control framework
- Own financial governance and compliance
- Improve consolidation tooling and close cycle
- Define finance systems and data strategy
- Lead finance transformation and process scaling
- Develop KPI and management reporting structures
- Support investor and lender reporting
- Manage external advisors
- Act as sparring partner to CFO
- Build reporting maturity and internal controls
- Prepare for U.S. IPO by 2028
