Requirements

  • •Strong academic background in Business Administration or Finance
  • •Three to five years of work experience in advisory, investment banking, or private equity
  • •Proven quantitative and analytical skills for financial models and valuations
  • •Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • •Ability to navigate in an international firm
  • •Proficient technical skills, especially advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • •Fluent in German and English, both oral and written
  • •Highly motivated and results-oriented, committed to quality

Tasks

  • •Work on multiple transactions with various project teams
  • •Lead preparation of financial and economic analyses
  • •Create models for transaction evaluation and completion
  • •Develop client presentations and transaction documents
  • •Identify new business opportunities for Rothschild & Co
  • •Propose ideas that align with clients' strategic objectives
  • •Model and supervise financial valuations, including DCF and LBO
  • •Prepare and coordinate the due diligence process
  • •Structure transactions effectively
  • •Coordinate with third-party advisors
  • •Support coverage efforts and attend marketing meetings
  • •Build sector expertise and enhance market knowledge
