  • Assist clients in Banking and Finance matters.
  • Support Corporate/M&A transactions and activities.
  • Engage in Dispute Resolution processes.
  • Advise on Intellectual Property issues.
  • Work on Tech & Data projects.
  • Contribute to People & Reward initiatives.
  • Assist with Public Law cases.
  • Support Real Estate transactions.
  • Provide guidance on Tax-related matters.

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
  • Master's degree
