- Master’s degree in polymer chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience

Tasks
- Lead technical activities in consumer and business projects
- Deliver projects efficiently and cost-effectively
- Ensure resources are available for project success
- Analyze problems broadly while focusing on objectives
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders
- Introduce new technologies and process improvements
- Solve problems and overcome obstacles with support
- Collaborate with Development and Science Platform teams
- Support format and product innovation
- Work on next-generation water soluble films and monodose pouch designs
- Identify new opportunities for existing products
- Liaise with technical development and supply chain personnel
- Ensure activities are completed to plan
- Hand over projects successfully to Supply and launch to market
- Support M&E globally in core format initiatives
- Develop commercial knowledge and network with Category Teams
- Respond to business needs effectively
