Description

In this role, you will manage various real estate projects, guiding them from inception to completion while ensuring quality and budget adherence. You will also engage with key stakeholders, making a significant impact on project success.

Requirements

• •Completed degree as architect or civil engineer
• •At least 5 years of professional experience in construction and project management
• •Solid experience in organizing, preparing, and executing construction projects of various usage classes
• •Good knowledge of existing regulations (AHO, HOAI, VOB, BGB) and standards (DIN)
• •Several years of experience using software for cost and schedule control, such as MS Project
• •Very good Microsoft Office skills
• •Very good German and English language skills in spoken and written form
• •Strong sense of initiative and quality awareness
• •Strong teamwork and communication skills and high service orientation

Tasks

• •Manage new construction and renovation projects for office, hotel, residential, and industrial uses
• •Support and shape projects from the initiation phase
• •Lead project phases including planning, awarding, execution, and handover as the responsible project manager and client representative
• •Monitor cost and schedule targets while ensuring required quality standards
• •Conduct technical due diligence during real estate transactions
• •Maintain relationships with investors, owners, and users
