Tasks
- Champion enterprise requests
- Drive end-to-end lifecycle of requests
- Partner with customers and success teams
- Convert feedback into clear requirements
- Align requirements with product teams
- Manage enterprise backlog
- Coordinate with engineering and PMs
- Make trade-offs between bespoke and reusable solutions
- Align stakeholders across departments
- Lead operational success initiatives
- Own product operations for client workstreams
- Triage and route cross-team requests
- Update stakeholders on request status
- Drive client-facing product improvements
- Scope and deliver smaller improvements
- Establish operational standards
- Propose reusable blueprints
