Tasks

Assist in analyzing, underwriting, and closing lending transactions
Expand area of responsibility and build client relationships
Model financial and cash flow to assess real estate financing risks
Assess loan ratings using internal models
Prepare and participate in debt investment committee meetings
Draft and negotiate term sheets with borrowers
Negotiate legal documentation with internal and external advisors
Conduct legal and tax due diligence with experts and advisors
Support smooth handover to loan management team
