Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Engineering or applicable technical field
  • 6+ years applicable experience, 0+ years direct people management preferred
  • Alternate degree requirements (e.g. Industrial Design) and additional role-specific qualifications may be added as deemed necessary by the local hiring manager
  • Good understanding, experience, and ability to mentor in own technical/functional disciplines
  • Talented performance coach skilled at providing actionable feedback, setting clear performance objectives, and managing team performance
  • General knowledge of healthcare market and competitors
  • Experience executing talent and performance management strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate plans and technical information to team members within a business unit
  • Proven ability to deliver programs or business goals on time, on quality, and within budget
