Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
  • •Master's degree is a plus
  • •At least 2 years' experience in M&A
  • •Experience in Restructuring or corporate finance
  • •Experience in transaction services or audit is valued
  • •Familiarity with financial concepts
  • •Excellent English knowledge
  • •German is preferred
  • •Other European language is a plus
  • •Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • •Specially Excel and PowerPoint
  • •Results-oriented with demonstrated ability
  • •Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • •Ability to meet demanding deadlines
  • •Ability to balance multiple tasks
  • •Flexibility to travel
