- •Project management experience and budget handling knowledge
- •Very good English language skills; knowledge of Japanese language would be a plus
- •Professional experience in sound recording, including technical expertise with studio hardware and DAW software such as Pro Tools
- •Excellent communication skills
- •Analytical thinking with a process-oriented mindset and decision-making as key competences
- •Experience in leading a team
- •A proactive and positive attitude with eagerness for learning
- •Strong work ethic; commitment to and passion for the role
