Requirements
- •Training as a pharmaceutical sales representative
- •Equivalent qualification in accordance with the Medicines Act
- •Sales experience and knowledge of the healthcare market
- •IT skills, particularly MS Office and CRM systems
- •Initiative, innovative ideas, and analytical/strategic account-management skills
- •Ability to cooperate and work in a team
- •High willingness to travel and a Class B driver’s license

- •Maximize sales of brands in the territory
- •Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets
- •Acquire knowledge of the marketplace for brands
- •Gather and interpret data and insights from customers and stakeholders
- •Establish and monitor customer engagement plans for prescribing centers
- •Identify and assess market opportunities with the local team
- •Share market knowledge and customer insights with team members
- •Execute and revise the account and brand plans as needed
- •Analyze sales activities and spending
- •Initiate and execute customer activities
- •Identify and interact with Key Opinion Leaders and stakeholders
- •Share best practice initiatives
