  • •Participate in professional trainings and mentoring programs
  • •Manage individual assignments in Healthcare and Electronics
  • •Support day-to-day operations in marketing and R&D
  • •Complete a three-to-four-month international assignment
  • •Lead complex projects within a matrix organization
