Requirements
- •10+ years of experience in People Technology, HR systems, or closely related roles
- •Deep functional expertise in Workday Core HCM
- •Depth in Recruiting, Compensation, Performance, or Talent
- •Proven experience delivering and governing complex functional solutions
- •Strong judgement and stakeholder management capability
- •Experience operating in global, complex organisations
- •Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

- •Own the functional quality of Core HCM and Talent solutions
- •Act as the lead functional partner for stakeholders
- •Curate and prioritize the functional backlog for changes and enhancements
- •Serve as the functional solution lead for approved initiatives

- •Lead and develop senior functional specialists in Core HR and Talent domains
- •Partner with Operations and Integrations teams to ensure solution stability and security
