- •Implement standardized oversight and reporting documentation
- •Refine vendor KPIs to assess patient impact
- •Maintain a regional PSP services catalogue
- •Drive cross-country alignment with local regulations
- •Manage a central repository for program data
- •Provide standardized outputs for safety and pharmacovigilance
- •Classify programs for GVP relevance with SRM
- •Manage regional budget planning and forecasting
- •Identify cost-optimization opportunities for service quality
- •Partner with Finance on value-based vendor contracts
- •Provide leadership with data-driven investment insights
- •Conduct gap analyses on patient-facing materials
- •Develop new materials with Medical and Advocacy groups
- •Oversee patient educational websites and digital platforms

- •Mitigate risks with Compliance and Legal partners
