Requirements

  • Excellent academic background in business, economics, finance, law, real estate, or comparable discipline
  • Several years of relevant experience in project-driven environment (consulting, asset management, corporate strategy, transaction advisory, or comparable executive support)
  • Strong exposure to managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, ideally in international and fast-paced business environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build credibility quickly with senior counterparts
  • Solid commercial understanding and confidence in analytically demanding topics and decision-oriented materials
  • Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel) for preparing polished management documents
  • Excellent project management capabilities with structured, hands-on, implementation-oriented working style
  • Outstanding organizational skills, high ownership, ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail
  • Sharp analytical and conceptual skills, sound judgment, pragmatic problem-solving approach
  • High resilience, discretion, flexibility, confidence to operate effectively in senior executive environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, adaptable style and message for different audiences
  • Business fluent German and English

  • Drive high-priority strategic and operational projects
  • Structure and steer complex workstreams
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans
  • Lead business-critical initiatives independently
  • Prepare high-quality briefings and presentations
  • Analyze business cases and synthesize information
  • Coordinate multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Support transformation and performance improvement projects
  • Build robust relationships with stakeholders
  • Contribute hands-on to priority topics
  • Ensure transparent decision-making and clear ownership
  • Proactively identify dependencies and risks
  • Act as a trusted interface between the Executive Office and leaders
  • Maintain disciplined follow-up on tasks
  • Contribute to efficient collaboration across the organization
