Requirements
- BSc or MSc degree in Biostatistics or related field
- 10+ years relevant experience in life-science industry
- At least 2 years experience in managing staff
- Familiarity with complex statistical methods for Phase I-IV clinical trials
- In-depth knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines
- Familiarity with moderately complex statistical methods for clinical trials
- Strong working knowledge of SAS
- Working knowledge of relevant Data Standards (CDISC/ADaM)
Tasks
- Manage a team of Biostatistics staff
- Provide direction and guidance on project assignments
- Interface with clients and internal departments
- Apply advanced statistical methods to project work
- Ensure scientific integrity in statistical methodology for clinical trials
- Assist the Director in strategic planning and resource allocation
- Oversee studies and provide guidance on documentation
- Review output development and assist in proposal development
- Support project allocation and budget projections
- Participate in client presentations as needed
