- Clarify information for customers regarding services, products, pricing, and billing
- Respond to technical inquiries and complaints about products or services
- Recommend and implement changes to systems and procedures
- Oversee Customer Service operations to ensure effective handling of claims and complaints
- Understand sales initiatives and distribution methods of supported divisions
