- •2+ years of experience in community management, social media, or player-facing roles
- •Strong on-camera presence and confidence speaking to live audiences
- •Experience hosting or appearing in livestreams or video content
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- •Deep understanding of gaming communities and online culture
- •Genuine passion for Asian games, manga, and anime, and familiarity with related fandoms
- •Comfortable working with an Asian-developed product and adapting messaging for Western audiences
- •Ability to handle moderation, conflict resolution, and sensitive player feedback professionally

- •Host and participate in livestreams, AMAs, and live events
- •Create engaging on-camera content like developer updates and reaction videos
- •Manage and grow the community on Discord, social media, and forums
- •Engage daily with players and moderate discussions
- •Foster a positive and inclusive community environment
- •Gather community feedback and share insights with internal teams
- •Collaborate with Product, Live Ops, Marketing, and Localization teams
- •Support game launches and live events with community initiatives
- •Define and maintain the tone of voice for Western audiences
