- •Completed degree in architecture, construction, or TGA engineering, or technician or master craftsman in TGA with extensive experience
- •Relevant professional experience, ideally in construction project management, project development, TDD, project monitoring, or sustainability consulting
- •Good technical knowledge in construction trades, TGA, and fire protection, as well as building law knowledge
- •Good expression skills for writing reports in German and English
- •Interest in independent, focused, and precise work
- •Good teamwork and communication skills
