- Guide sales operations to ensure compliance with company guidelines
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to set specific, actionable goals
- Assist in organizing events and trunk shows to attract new customers
- Maintain high standards by implementing Visual Guidelines
- Interpret the Brunello Cucinelli style for the boutique
- Guide the team in maximizing sales and performance
- Report missed opportunities to management for corrective actions
- Manage and motivate the team in daily activities
- Promote respect and collaboration among colleagues
- Mediate conflicts through group coaching or one-to-one meetings
- Cooperate with the stock department during inventories
- Ensure compliance with retail operations procedures
- Cultivate direct contact with headquarters
- Utilize IT applications and systems, including Xstore and Salesforce CRM
