• •Set daily and weekly sales targets for the store team
• •Monitor KPIs and team performance through reports
• •Update the Store Manager on action plans
• •Manage costs and store operations, including stock and payroll
• •Inspire and develop your team through training and coaching
• •Assume store responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence
• •Maintain strong visual standards throughout the store
