- Set daily and weekly sales targets for the store team
- Monitor KPIs and team performance by running reports
- Update Store Manager on action plans
- Control costs and manage store operations
- Handle stock management, payroll, admin, and rota scheduling
- Inspire and motivate the team through training and coaching
- Develop team members' product knowledge
- Take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence
- Maintain strong visual standards throughout the store
Work Experience
- approx. 1 - 4 years
Education
- High school diploma
Languages
- English – Business Fluent
