- First experience in retail and customer advising/dealing

- Good knowledge of beauty industry and trends

Tasks
- Enhance staff productivity and engagement
- Maintain stock availability and replenishment efficiency
- Ensure compliance with operational routines
- Monitor turnover against targets
- Develop the product category
- Control retail key figures (MS, IPT, AVB, CR, number of services)
- Conduct scheduled inventory
- Manage sickness rates and employee turnover
- Provide short services in all departments
- Support beauty classes
- Ensure product presentation according to visual merchandising specifications
- Maintain and update the assortment and merchandise
- Keep the sales floor fully stocked and prepare products for sale
- Clean furniture and products on the sales floor
- Manage warehousing and stocking of goods
- Support merchandising updates and conversions
- Perform inventory checks
- Operate the cash register
- Handle additional daily business tasks
- Monitor conversion rate
- Track items per basket
- Analyze average basket value
- Collect and respond to customer feedback and satisfaction
- Monitor the number of services
