- Solve routine problems

- Impact work quality of self and team
- Work within standardized procedures
- Evaluate property managers regularly
- Evaluate tenant satisfaction regularly
- Explain complex information clearly
- Communicate with external service providers
- Collaborate with internal portfolio management and accounting teams
