- Experience in developing tests and ATE test programs
- Experience in DFT specifications, architecture, and methods
- Experience in test concepts for analog blocks, functions, and ASIC chiptop
- Knowledge in analog and mixed-signal circuit design and simulation
- Knowledge in digital circuit design and simulation
- Knowledge in semiconductor production processes
- Planning and organizing skills, initiative, effective communication, eagerness to grow
- Very good written and spoken English, appreciated advanced German
- Team player, good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in international, multicultural environment

Tasks
- Define and implement top-level ASIC test concepts based on analog and digital test concepts.
- Develop ATE test concepts and programs for series production.
- Develop test concepts for automotive electronic components.
- Apply module and system requirements for serial production.
- Collaborate with worldwide design and layout teams.
- Collaborate with worldwide verification and test teams.
- Collaborate with worldwide application teams.
- Define ATE test concepts and test flow.
- Develop, debug, and maintain ATE test programs for wafer sort and final package test.
- Validate and verify implemented test functionality and concepts.
- Correlate test results between bench/system-level and ATE to ensure accuracy.
- Validate new product features through silicon characterization across PVT.
- Create and maintain documentation for test concepts, programs, and procedures.
- Release ATE test solutions to manufacturing.
- Support ongoing production quality related to test coverage.
