Tasks

• •Lead and maintain a high-performing art department
• •Represent the art discipline at the leadership level
• •Define and communicate the project's artistic vision
• •Drive long-term visual strategy and pipelines
• •Manage and mentor artists of all seniority levels
• •Conduct high-quality 1:1s and provide constructive feedback
• •Develop artists' interpersonal and leadership skills
• •Foster a culture of ownership and excellence
• •Allocate art resources effectively across the team
• •Maintain high standards for art documentation and reviews
• •Partner with production to define strategy and culture
• •Bridge the gap between leadership and individual contributors
• •Oversee art workflows in collaboration with technical teams
