Requirements

  • Master’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Production, Industrial, Mechanical)
  • Several years of professional experience in production
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, TPM, Standard Work, 8D etc.)
  • Very good analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Very good communication skills
  • Fluency in German and English

  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

  • Lead meetings and annual reviews
