Description

You will drive innovation in the company's Application Lab by managing electrolyte performance and executing high-quality sample plating to support strategic customer projects across the EMEA region.

Requirements

• •Technical education in Chemistry or related field
• •Advantageous experience in electroplating or laboratory work
• •Desirable familiarity with analytical techniques
• •Safe handling of chemicals and equipment
• •Understanding of process control and quality

• •Knowledge of plating processes and electrolytes

Tasks

• •Prepare and maintain electrolytes for stable performance
• •Monitor and verify electrolyte quality
• •Operate and maintain pilot plating line equipment
• •Execute sample plating for customer and internal projects
• •Evaluate new technologies through sample runs
• •Perform analytical measurements and document results
• •Record process parameters and any deviations
• •Troubleshoot and improve electrolyte performance
• •Support training for internal and external customers
• •Assist with scale-up and process validation activities
• •Collaborate with engineers and technical specialists
• •Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• •Conduct routine maintenance on lab equipment
• •Maintain accurate documentation and sample records
• •Contribute to continuous improvement for production efficiency
