- Create content for ORBIS training programs
- Train local service organizations
- Support local service organizations
- Assist in defining reference databases for new countries
- Assist in validating reference databases for new countries
- Guide and assist first deployments in new countries or regions
- Assist in unblocking escalation sites
- Support unblocking problem sites
- Maintain documentation, manuals, and training material
- Review documentation, manuals, and training material
- Optimize processes and documentation for service delivery
- Optimize processes and documentation for customer-friendly delivery
- Drive an international community of domain experts
- Facilitate knowledge and best practice sharing
