- 3-5 years' semiconductor test experience
- Experience in test development and debug
- Experience with Java programming language
- Basic knowledge in Linux operating systems
- Hardware design load board or probe card (preferred)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skills
- Motivation to work in global teams
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fluent English and German (preferred)

Tasks
- Provide application development support for SOC test systems
- Develop test methodologies and solutions for SOC devices
- Create test programs and hardware interfaces on V93k
- Optimize test programs for time and fault coverage
- Solve engineering and production problems for customers
- Document all projects and intellectual knowledge
- Communicate with customers to ensure service requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams for project implementation
