Tasks

  • •Implement customer strategies aligned with sales
  • •Acquire target projects and lead development and industrialization
  • •Lead the APQP process with milestone quality
  • •Execute regular project reviews and report on project status
  • •Conduct technical presentations for customers
  • •Build and develop relationships with relevant technical functions of customers
  • •Ensure effective communication between the project team and the organization
  • •Plan, control, and adhere to budgets for all customer projects
  • •Generate and realize VA/VE ideas in line with AT targets
  • •Monitor and assure profitability of projects throughout their lifecycle
  • •Initiate and manage change management processes
  • •Support the review of contracts and involve relevant departments
  • •Address and communicate development-related customer concerns
  • •Assist in problem-solving for serial production quality issues
  • •Contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives
