Application Development and Technical Service (ADTS) Manager Masterbatches(m/w/x)

Requirements

• Degree in scientific/technical field or equivalent
• Extensive experience in sales or technical support
• Several years of leadership experience
• Knowledge of plastics markets and technologies
• Expertise in masterbatches and color pigments
• Experience in project management
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• High customer orientation and team spirit
• Decisive and results-oriented mindset
• Understanding of circular economy and sustainability
• Fluency in English
• Basic IT skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel within the EU

Tasks

• Lead and develop a team of ADTS engineers
• Allocate tasks and provide regular coaching and feedback
• Promote work quality and innovation within the team
• Organize training sessions for team members
• Hire and support the development of new staff
• Visit customers to build relationships and identify opportunities
• Provide technical support to commercial customers
• Translate customer requirements into manufacturing specifications
• Collaborate with customers to optimize supply chains
• Identify and communicate future product technology needs
• Manage customer-specific projects through the Stage Gate process
• Organize and lead the Product Risk Management Plan
• Collaborate with Sales, Quality, and Marketing stakeholders
• Represent the company at industry conferences and trade fairs
