Requirements

  • •Professional experience in app growth, performance marketing, ASO, or paid user acquisition
  • •Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into clear actions
  • •Hands-on experience with app growth and ASO tools, including AppTweak, Sensor Tower, AppFigures, Mobile Action, GA4, Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch
  • •Practical exposure to paid app marketing platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and Google App Campaigns
  • •Experience working with KPIs, reporting, and experimentation frameworks
  • •Structured and hands-on working style with a strong ownership mindset
  • •Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams
  • •Practical experience using AI / GenAI tools to automate repetitive work and improve productivity
  • •Excellent level of English; German is a plus

Work Experience

Tasks

  • •Drive app growth initiatives across organic and paid channels
  • •Identify opportunities to enhance conversion and acquisition efficiency
  • •Plan, run, and analyze experiments and A/B tests
  • •Manage and improve App Store Optimization (ASO)
  • •Conduct keyword research and optimize metadata and store assets
  • •Collaborate with designers and copywriters on app store visuals and messaging
  • •Support planning and optimization of paid app campaigns
  • •Monitor performance and user behavior with analytics tools
  • •Collaborate with Product, Data, and MarTech teams on tracking and measurement
  • •Utilize modern growth tools and automation to scale testing
  • •Track competitors and market trends for new growth opportunities
